POSITIONS
BEAUTY ADVISOR | FRONT OF HOUSE
STARTING PAY $15/HR
Always accepting applications though not currently hiring for this position.
+ The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and excited to serve our valued guests as well as our talented stylists with a variety of tasks.
+ Must be team oriented.
+ Is willing to grow and learn.
+ Is receptive and open to instruction.
+ Prepared to give the ultimate guest service.
+ Confidence is key.
+ The position requires an immense amount of attention to detail.
+ Our beauty advisors are responsible for advising and facilitating guest appointments as well as operations in the back of the house to keep things flowing smoothly for our stylists.
EXPERIENCED STYLIST
HOURLY GUARANTEE $13 | COMMISSION UNCAPPED

+ Some extension experience a bonus but not necessary.

+ A four day full time schedule, though scheduling is very flexible.

+ Online booking, text communication through salon software to protect your privacy, full time front desk support.
+ Fully stocked color bar including tools, bowls, foils, etc.
+ Two luxury product lines with backbar stocked at all times.
+ Retail bonuses
+ Quarterly training as well as ongoing training in house.
​+ Thanksgiving weekend we are closed as well as a week at Christmas and a week in the summer.

PROTEGE ARTIST

WHAT WE OFFER

+ Thorough training on the skills you need to become a six figure stylist.
+ All tools and education provided and paid for
+ Beautiful salon atmosphere with supportive team ready and willing to help and support you as you learn
+ Hourly wage + tips from your client days as well as a tip out on your assisting days. (Our protege artists typically make between $20-$30 an hour).
+ Two luxury product lines with backbar stocked at all times.
+ Retail bonuses added to an education fund that is able to be cashed out at the end of your training.
+ Quarterly training as well as ongoing training in house.

+ Ability to earn commission while you are still a protege.
+ Timelines vary person to person, however, we will slowly allow you days on the floor. Once those days are filled, we add more. This encourages growth and keeps you out of a lack mindset.
